As we ship internationally, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, due to global courier regulations, high logistics costs, and hygiene/safety standards for baby products.

Personalized / Custom Orders

Please note that any item with personalization or custom name tags cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless there is a product defect or manufacturing error.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping from our facility is always managed with care. However, please understand that:

we cannot control or predict customs delays or fees once an order is in transit.
