  • How can I pay for my order ?

  There are several secure payment options to choose from at our Checkout.

You can check out via using our secure payment gateway RazorPay where you can use your international credit or debit cards.

You may alternately also use PayPal at check out to securely complete your transaction as a guest or a returning PayPal member.

We currently do not offer Apple Pay on our website due to international monetary regulations.

 

  • What are your shipping options and Delivery times ?

 

We currently offer two modes of shipping internationally.

  1. Standard Shipping – Standard Shipping is changed at a very nominal price starting at USD 9.99 only and takes a standard delivery time of 6 to 12 working days. The goods are securely shipped via International Speed post and delivered directly to you.
  2. Express Shipping – We also offer an express shipping option that uses FED EX / DHL / ARAMEX to deliver your order to you in 4-6 Business days. The cost for this option is calculated at the time of check out based on your location and products being ordered.

 

  • How do I track my order once it is confirmed ?

 

  Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and whats app message from us confirming the same.

Most orders ship out with in 48-72 hours from our warehouses and you would get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details of your order.

Incase you require any further information on your order during its transit, you can always chat with our customer care  via whats app or reach us on customercare@babyjalebi.com, wecare@babyjalebi.com

 

  • Could there be any additional charges on my order ?

          The shipping charges on our website and at the time of check out are final – you would not be      asked to ever pay additional shipping charges.

However, since we ship globally, in some rare cases, certain countries may have additional duty charges based on your countries local laws and customs regulations. This is a customs / government charge that you would need to pay directly to your country’s customs department and not a charge that we levy.

 

  • I have only received part of my order, where is the rest ?

  All our products are beautifully packed in their own individual signature boxes.

If you have ordered multiple products, each product will ship separately in its own packaging.

This sometimes causes the complete products of the order to arrive with in a day or two of each other. Rest assured, your complete order will be with you soon.

 

  • What are your Returns, Exchanges and Refund policies ?

 We do not offer exchanges or returns on our products due to them being shipped globally.

However, in the rare occasion that you are dissatisfied with you purchase due to product defect or order related issue, please do reach out to our customer care channels and we would be more than happy to offer you an immediate and appropriate solution either via refund or replacement.
